Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track the package. Those links can sometimes take up to 24 hours to become active, so you may not be able to see where your package is right away. Rest assured that if you received a shipping email from us, your package is definitely on its way!

While PlanetJill does not issue refunds, we do like all of our customers to be 100% delighted with their order. If you are not completely happy, visit our Returns Page within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange your purchase for store credit for the dollar amount of what you spent. Note that engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect caused by PlanetJill.
